Thank God it’s Visions du Reel time to give us salvation from the hideous, frankly offensive Tribeca (there’s no Film in the title) Festival.

When the talking point of your lineup is a Mumford and Sons documentary in 2026 you may as well say you actively want to murder the documentary industry - seriously the programmers may as well be putting cyanide in all our drinks and manically feeding our films into AI.

If someone were smart and cool they would throw counter screenings and parties every night and not invite the hideous people involved. By even choosing to submit to this festival of horrific cost and politics you may as well just well wear a HUGE sign saying no cooler festival wanted you. I wish there was a Wegovy for bad taste. Ew.
